Help....I dont understand Medical Speak

I received a summary from my left knee MRI. Can you help me enterpret?? Here are some of the things I need to understand:

mild eburnation about the medial tibial plateau?
microtrabecular fracture and edema?
lentiform popliteal cyst?
reactive marrow change?
small joint effusion?
subtle chondromalacia patella?

eh the doctor really should have sat down with you and explained everything but unfortunatly some doctors have terrible bedside manner. I suggest just looking up these things on google.. BUT... do not expect the worst. Sometimes reading this stuff on the net can make you depressed.. there are different degree's of damage.. but I really really urge you to take these results to your doctor and make him explain them to you in laymens terms.
