Meniscus and Acl surgery
« on: August 30, 2020, 06:13:06 PM »
I was an avid hiker and sports lover.I tore my medial meniscus and acl while playing inter college badminton in 2015 and had a meniscus trim surgery in 2015 and an acl reconstruction in the same year. After doing knee strengthening exercises at home for some time i started playing sports again but not badminton as it involves a lot of twisting. However i did a lot of hiking after the surgery but recently in 2019 after coming back from a hike i had lot of stiffnes in my knees and i went to a doctor and he told me that your knee joint space has reduced and arthiritis has set in.I am no longer to play sports now neither hike.I am just 26 years old and i am quite frustrated. What should i do.I want my active lifestyle back.

KNEEguru recently hosted a webinar, which I think would be very appropriate to you. The content will soon be an eBook, but we have not yet published that. See https://youtu.be/4b2N7tBPcL8
