About two weeks ago I ran into the edge of a low table - collided just below the knee and a little to the outside. At the time I expected a bruise but one never showed up. There is NO ongoing pain...no swelling...no difference in appearance. Exercise/walking/squatting/sitting, etc. do not seem cause much sensation at all and ther is certainly no limit to mobility. HOWEVER, if I KNEEL on that leg it feels like I'm kneeling on an excruciating raw blister. So of course I am avoiding kneeling on that leg - which is kind of annoying. If I manipulate the area with my fingers I can feel a little bit of puffiness and a bit of an enlarge wiggly "vein" and can locate the "spot" that hurts. Is this something that will eventually heal/go away? Or do I need to have it looked at by a pro?
