Glucosamine does it help?

hi folks i was reading that Glucosamine and Chrondrotin are supplements used by people who suffer arthritis as it is supposed to help repair cartilage.does any1 know if its any good for people with meniscus damage? does any1 know of anything else to reduce the pain other than just anti-inflams? im not a big believer in supplements but im willing to hear arguements.cheers all

Some people feel better for taking it some find it makes no difference so it's probably worth giving it a try. You may want to try taking glucosamine with a meal as it doesn't agree with everyones digestion.
