Thanks Shade and Kneeguru .... you are ever so helpful ....

Now do you have any information about who does complex ACL re-builds using donor tissue allograft after two previous allograft failures??? And then possible remeide for for eburnated/near eburnated joints (in the context of cartilage grafting, pseudo-cartilage growth stimulation).

If you want any info on the realities of external fixation let me know.
I have had a Sheffield Ring fixator (similar hybrid device to the Ilizarov) for a femoral osteotomy for 2 1/2 months. Originally I had plates and pins but the ostotomy site moved and I had problems with non union. With hindsight I would have pushed for external fixation right away but it was not an option offered to me.
I can also highly recommend a consultant who specialises in the correction of deformities with external fixation.

Dear Halle which doctor you recommend for bone genu varum (tibia correction) using external device like your mentioned above . Also let me know which hospital and country ?
