« on: January 28, 2006, 07:32:24 AM »
hi, im a 15 year old, alittle overweight, tall guy,and i seem to have a problem with my knee, for if i bend my knee for example really near to my body, theres a wierd feeling, then i have to bend it back slowly and theres a wierd sound, ive heard that it happens to many people, but not as much as to me, i have problems only with my right knee, the lefts alright, i really hope someone can help me...and that this isnt very serious....for i think i haven,t had any big traumas to it too.

hmm, a little, thats why i said i have to slowly strech it out, otherwise it might hurt if i move it very fast, i cant really understand, its like in the knee part of the leg, not the knee..or i cant explain...doh... what bothers me, is that it happens to often.

btw. yesterday i trained alot so now it hurts alittle, but other places heart alittle too so i dont know if their related.

You said you were excercising, have you anyone like a coach you can ask about this...doesn't sound like something serious...maybe you have done something and stretched some ligament in your leg. For how long have you had this ?
