I havn't been active at all, so the pain is while resting.  I am not sure of all the terms, but the pain occurs at the outside of my knee a couple of inches below the kneecap.  Looking down I would say it is at the bottom left.  I first noticed it watching a movie and it hurt for most of it.  Walking doesn't seem to trigger or agrevate it.

Slash, you might have a delayed reaction..now after 4 weeks I'm having some pain,,,then again my pt has been very hard lately..and the weather is not helping ..cold and windy..maybe now you body is finally catching up with you..after all they cut nerves and mess around in there..quite a trauma on the knee if you really think about it..if you have no reason to move around or work..take it easy..I am this weekend..gonna play handicapped all weekend and make my family serve me...
