I have been having a popping, painful, clunking, pressure type of feeling when I extend my leg straight for about a month.  It feels like it's moving wrong and the pressure builds and I have to lift it up and wiggle it around until it "pops" and that most times relieves the pressure.  This happens about 6 times a day and it hurts a lot by the end of the day.  At times my knee feels as if it's catching and doesn't want to bend.  It is swollen but it has never went down to normal since surgery.  I saw 2 doctors both of whom felt my ACL was okay.  I am waiting on MRI results now.  Has anyone else had this experience and what was it from?  Thanks ~faithy
