No pain producing exercises!
2/10/04 - Reconstructive wrist surgery
Menisectomy/Debridement/min. synovectomy (rt. knee)
Cortisone/Lidocaine shot
1/11/06 - Chondroplasty of the lateral/medial femoral condyle
Removal of loose bodies
Debridement of arthrofibrotic banding
Ext PF synovectomy

Know this is hard, been there myself - the 'No pain producing exercises' & you'll have to be firm with the PT if it hurts tell them to stop.
This type of exercise program is a slow process & takes time & patience from both you and your physio.

Surgery 6 times left knee torn meniscus, RSDS,chondromalacia, nervdamage cause constant nervpain,chronic inflamm.
Spinaldamage wheeler 100%.
Right knee damaged aug-06, use brace surgery 4/9-07.LCL tear.
