I went to Penn State Berks for one year in Agricultural Education and Extension and did not like being in Reading so i transfered to Penn Tech and am in Landscape and Nursery Management for another year. I still think i would like to be an Ag. teacher so i will most likely hit up Penn State again, which was always where I wanted to go to college anyways.

My Freshman year I went to Central Michigan University and HATED it.

I transfered to Western Michigan University and loved it!

I got my BA 18 months ago from Western Michigan.

I am currently figuring out my next step.  This is what I am considering:
1.) Get a teaching job next fall and begin working on my Masters in English Education (most logical choice, but I am not sure its really what I want to do)
2.) Get my masters in counceling (one of my dreams has always been to work with bereaved siblings.)
3.) Go to law school (I have never considered this until recently when all of my family and friends have been telling me I would make a good lawyer.)

So, I have a choice to make.  I definately want to get my knees taken care of before I do anything.

I am on my first year in Tartu University. Big old state university( 375 years old) and i really like it. I am studying geology , altough was planning something different in the same department, but my choice was this school from the start of basic school, as its basically the best one you can try to get in.  I am happy with the thing i choosed, altough geology was something i really didnt think before i finished highschool, i just knew i want to study something connected with nature. But i am happy now i decided to take geology. I am also thankful i got state paid studies.

I started at the University of North Dakota.  Loved it 100%, then the floods came.  I didn't go back.  I then went to Northwest University in Missouri, but got sick for two weeks and in the hospital.  I couldn't really get make strength back, so I ended up at Lincoln University.  Didn't like it one bit (except for some of my degree classes...the undergraduate stuff was awful).  I'm now getting my Masters through an accelerated program sponsored by William Woods.  I suppose I'm on the 10 year college program because I've been in some sort of college since Aug. 1996.

I studied Geography and Geology at the University of Bristol in the UK in the early 1970s having turned down a place at Cambridge to read Natural Sciences because I would not have been able to live in college! Got my BA (just due to too much fun!) I then trained as a teacher for Physical Education with Adventure Sports as my special area (Sailing, Canoeing, Skiing, Climbing etc). Then taught for 20 years or so

Left teaching in 1993 and returned to study at the University of the West of England, also in Bristol. Studied for a BA in Modern Languages and Computer Science. I also did a Teaching degree for TEFL. Then up sticks and came to Germany where I ended up back in teaching!

I'm only a junior in high school, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to the Univ. of Tennessee at Knoxville when I get out. I have no clue what I want to do in my life yet  :P. The only career that's interested me so far is working for "The Man"  ;).
7.22.2004: horseback riding accident :(
5.9.2008: scope + plica removal on left knee.
12.16.2008: de-plica-tize my right knee.
3.14.2011: lateral release + medial plication on left knee.

It's great to be a Tennessee Vol!!!!

If I may give you an idea... the UT Knoxville is home to an amazing forensic anthropologist named Bill Bass.  He's pretty much my hero.  Even if you're not interested in the field, try to take one of his classes.  I think he still teaches a few classes, but he's getting up there in age (though he hardly shows it in his determination) and he goes a LOT of lectures and seminars all over the country.

I met my French horn god Calvin Smith at All State last week!!

And some strange-looking man recruited me to come and play at Tennessee Tech... he told me he had been following me... said that he had seen my name a lot in things like All West and All State (me: well I've made some form of all-west twice a year since 7th grade... and my 2nd year for state...). And that they could offer me some $$$ to play for them.
