Hey,

My OT said that my problems were definately contributed to by my hips being slightly out of line and then that in turn pulled my muscles out of line over my knees making my patella's off centre.

I wasn't ever given PT for my hips, all of it was centred upon the knee and taping galore. I second what everyone else says, bring it up with your PT next time you visit and dont push any new exercises too much.

It would be interesting to know if anyone else has suffered with back pain after knee surgery aswell, sorry - off on a tangent i know but maybe someone will have experienced the same as me.

Puzzled xx
Knee probs for 5 years before my first surgery of an Elmslie Trillat and a latera release.
3 years post-op still suffering and now thinking about surgery on my right knee
