Supartz injection #1
« on: December 15, 2005, 03:47:33 AM »
I had my first Supartz injection in my right knee yesterday. I was surprised that it hurt very little during the injection. I really can't tell any difference yet,...I'm sure it is going to take more than one before I can tell if it is going to help. The doctor said that it is different for everyone,...some get relief from the firstinjection and others it may take two or three before they get any relief. I'm hoping that it works and can postpone surgery for a while at least! ;) :)

I'm still waiting to get my first one. I guess the woman who gets the approvals and then the scheduling for the shots hasn't gotten the approvals yet. I hope they work for you (and for me). I'm also glad to see the injection didn't hurt too much-I was worried about that!
