Lateral & Medial Meniscus partial repair - What kind of Rehab will I have

I just had surgery they tirmed both the lateral and medial menisucs.  What kind of rehab am I looking and how long.  When will I be back to a normal life again.

Hi there

Hope you're knee problems are now sorted out.   I have had both medial and lateral trimming on more than one occasion!   Once I was on crutches for several days, once I could have walked normally the following morning and the rest have fallen somewhere in between.    Make sure you get decent pain control, (although I don't remember having much) and I'm sure you'll be back to normal in no time.   Good luck.
