Miserable Malalignment and surgery

hi guys i was just wondering if any one new anyhthing about TTT surgery with miserable malalignment i already know a lot about TTT but i think it may be a slightly different procedure because of the miserable malalignment. Is there anyone that has had TTT with miserable malalignment?
