surgery cancelled

I posted that my husband is having an HTO, now his work has cancelled his surgery and wants him to see yet anohter specialist.  He has seen 5 already who have all concurred the same prognosis.  Anyon e have this happen before?  We are so confused.  We had ourselves siked up for the surgery and now this! After 17 months of being off, now they have work for him.  I don't understand?

Hey Kim !!

Have you talked with the insurance company about it ? Are someone(the work) afraid of paying for the surgery ?
Is it a accident which happened at work ? Don't they believe he needs it at work ?
I mean all is not work, you have to have a good knee at the rest of the day too.
If I were you I would not hesitate take legal help with this if you not get a good answer on it.

Surgery 6 times left knee torn meniscus, RSDS,chondromalacia, nervdamage cause constant nervpain,chronic inflamm.
Spinaldamage wheeler 100%.
Right knee damaged aug-06, use brace surgery 4/9-07.LCL tear.
