Wobbly knee caps/misplaced knee caps
« on: October 12, 2005, 05:01:42 AM »
Hello People

I have just come from the Physio, I told him what the dr said and he looked at my knees [with the brace taken off] and  found the knee joints tends to wobble and the knee caps is often to one side of my legs. what was that?!

Not good. I have a question about certin braces : I wonder if sport braces can re-align and stablize the wobbly knee joints and displaced knee caps?

Plus I was told to take it easy when climbing hills as I often am walking around alot during the week. Plus I like going for excercises as well. Try to keep it as strong as possible if I can, I can only do my best. Tommrrow they going have  thrills and spills fitting me with good supportive  knee brace despite the splint covering where some the areas where a knee braces have to sit on my leg. We'll wait and see.
