stiffness on the top of my knee (knee cap??)
« on: October 01, 2005, 11:00:03 PM »
I am 8 weeks into my total knee replacement.  I have had several sessions of physical therapy, but am still unable to
get rid of the stiffness on the top of my knee.  It is very uncomfortable.  Do you think this is a therapy issue ?  Or something
I should notify my Dr. about ???

Hi,

Sorry that I can not answer your question about a TKR, but if you check out the 'Arthritis Dept' - 'Total Knee Replacement' you should be able to find some answers about TKR....

You certainly should be able to discuss these issues with your Physio though and see what they are thinking and if it is not improving I'd definately discuss this with your OS....

Good luck,

Shade

Thanks for the suggestion.  It looks like stiffness is a real issue for a lot of people.
