Started PT
« on: September 20, 2005, 07:40:42 PM »
well today I went back to the hospital to begin PT there. It was not as bad as I was expecting. I sorta knew I was as bad as the PT told me. She is focusing on my hips and not my knees while the OS is doing just hte opposite. She asked about rotational X-rays on the hips and sent me home with list of exercises.

I start PT tomorrow with my fav. therapist. So I will be going 2x a week locally and it looks like its going to be 1x every 2 weeks down at the hospital. THe even better parts is that all the people involved (both PT's and my OS) are gonna talk to each and work as a team. Hey 3 heads are better then 1 right?  :)
