I love everything by Simple Minds, especially their album "Cry".
Elgar's Cello Concerto moves me to tears - it's the most beautiful piece of music.
Mozart's Horn Concertos
Britten's Serenade for Tenor, Horn and Strings
David Bowie's Space Oddity.
REM's Everybody Hurts and Losing my Religion
KT Tunstall's Other Side of the World

Hi Chelsea
I love that movie. I bought the DVD the other week as I hadn't seen it for years. It's got the best soundtrack - obviously!
I used to play the french horn so it's only natural that I love Mozart's music.
From your user name, I take it you play Clarinet?

Yeah i do play clarinet
. Thats why i love Alfreed Reed. Tons of clarinet stuff. It pretty easy if you know your scales though. Thats pretty much all his peices are for the clarinet...scales scales scales!!! I bought a coleection of the ten greatest composers last month and it was only $10
. I was shocked at the price....you cant even get one CD for $10 but i had gotten 10 of them. I listen to mozarts CD at night when im trying to get to sleep
. Im gonna get Amadeus on DVD soon.....I love it
.

1960s = Satisfaction, Rolling Stones; Sounds of Silence, Simon and Garfunkel; I Can't Stop Loving You, Ray Charles; Runaway, Del Shannon; Cathy's Clown, Everly Brothers; Fun Fun Fun and entire Pet Sounds album, Beachboys; Anything by The Beatles and Bob Dylan

All I can think of at the moment.

Hey, Can. I like Bryan Adams, too. Straight from the Heart, Cuts like a Knife, All for One (Three Musketeers theme) and especially Everything I Do (from Robin Hood). Great voice, just like John Cash. Both are unique.
Listen on.
