Anyone every read this book about the effects of dehydration on the body? There is a very interesting chapter about arthritis in it! I, like alot of people, get caught up in taking all these supplements ( and I am the supplement king) when probably most of us would get some relief from symptoms by just being hydrated. It is a very interesting read. Author is F. Batmanghelidj, M.D. . . . "You're Not Sick, You're Thirsty!" . . . check it out.

I've heard about it in passing, and wasn't convinced. It seemed really impractical... because you had to get special sea salt which isn't available in the UK. Hence I didn't want to read the book. However, I'll not dismiss it out of hand, and will be interested to hear what people think who do in fact read it. I promise to keep an open mind ;-)

I'm interested in which supplements you take. Can you please share your supplement regime?
