OS in PA

Has anyone here had any experience (especially good ones!) with any OSs in Pennsylvania?  

I've seen the KneeGuru list, but almost all of those docs are centered around either Pittsburgh or Philadelphia and I'd like to try to stick to the center of the state (Harrisburg, State College, Williamsport, etc.).  I've decided to go for a second opinion on my knee, as I don't think my current OS listens to me.  If I'm not comfortable with the OS, I shouldn't let him stick instruments in my precious knee, right?

I see a knee specialist by the name of A.J. Jules he is really nice and he definitely knows what he is doing and talking about.
