im not sure whats wrong, please help
« on: August 18, 2005, 09:14:39 AM »
One day i was running and my leg slipped into a  little ditch on the field i was running in. Ever since, whenever i run, the outside of my left knee just goes out for 1/100 of a second and its painful. But the most pain comes from when i cross my left leg over my right such as the kareoka drill. can someone help me figure out what it is, its slowing me down and i dont know what to do

thanks

You should really see an OS to determine if you have damaged something inside your knee. Please see an OS , a GP cannot diagnos a knee injury as well as an OS.

good luck

The first thing to do is to stop running for the moment whilst you wait to see your GP or OS and then see your GP or OS asap. The key to this as ever, is to not turn a potentially minor issue into a major one.... therefor for the moment, don't run on it or do any other heavy-impact excercise.

Good luck
