In real life am 27 years young, but my body feels like 80 years old!

Question: Is "old" a bad word?  ;)

Not a bad word. It's a bad feeling, when ur body is letting u down. How I see it is, that body is what gets older, but mind and spirit are timeless  ;)

ISN'T IS STRANGE AS TO HOW VERY MANY KNEEGEEKS ARE CHRONOLOGICALLY ONE AGE AND ACT A MUCH YOUNGER AGE OR EVEN CLAIM TO BE YOUNGER. :P MAYBE A STUDY SHOULD BE CONDUCTED TO CORRELATE BAD KNEES TO HOW OLD WE ACT OR HOW OLD WE ACTUALLY CLAIM TO BE. MAYBE THEY WOULD FIND THEY COULD PREDICT BAD KNEES BY HOW OLD WE CLAIM TO BE OR ACT. EVEN A GENETIC PREDISPOSITION TO BAD KNEE BY THAT CRITERIA.  ::) ::)  WOW WHAT A STUDY THAT WOULD BE ;D ;D ;D I BET THEY WOULD FIND NO ONE OVER 25 WITH BAD KNEES ;D ;D

Will be turning 36 on the 20th Oct. Not sure about my knees, I think they ran out of parts and chucked in a couple of old dog bones instead! Pre-chewed and all  ;D

I'll be 49 next month.  Right now my body feels like it's 79 but my mind feels like it's 30 something.

Well I am one of the oldies (should I say this) as I used to think when I was in my 20's someone in their 60's is ancient but now I know different.  64yrs of age. Still think like someone younger as someone told me years ago age is all in the mind. :)
