What does ROM stand for?? i've seen it all over the place and i'm clueless.  its not super important for me to know i'm just curious. thanks.

~*osgood schlatter(spelling?) rt. knee*~
~*diagnosed severe misalignment- both knees*~
~*P.T. off and on for 3 yrs.(grrr)*~

i think i may have answered my own question, does ROM stand for "range of motion"?  now a new question what does OATS stand for?

ROM does stand for Range of Motion

OATS is Osteoarticular transfer system, it's a surgical method of repairing articular cartilage defects

Had a not needed LR op due to a fall
Found out that nerve damage was causing the pain, acupuncture worked - all ok :)
