To strap or not to strap?
« on: July 04, 2005, 10:13:04 AM »
Hi, after a year of rehab on my RK I finally feel I am ready to return to soccer (KO in 9 hours!) but I still havent decided if it is better to strap my knee up or not - physio says no, but even though I feel knee is strong enough now I wonder if its better to be safe than sorry? Has anyone had any experience with this?

Thanks!  :)

I'm no expert but my friend is doing a course in physiotherapy and he said as long as it feels strong enough its better not to use a support but you can wear a support for the first couple of times just to give you the confidence if you want?
