Bernhard, why not discuss your problem with an OS. It would seem that eventually you'll end up having it at least scoped & cleaned out so moving around will be more comfortable.
April, 2005 - ACL rupture, medial meniscus tear within posterior horn to articular surface, abnormal signal within lateral meniscus, partial tear MCL, bone contusions tibia/fibula, Baker's cyst.
No repairs.

Bernhard,

Hi, welcome to the board.  Have you checked out the section called Specialist Office and looked in the section called Meniscus.  Many people have tried different treatments to help their problem.

You might also look in the Arthritis section under dietary supplements.  Maybe you'll find some info there that might help you out.

Have you been referred to an orthopedic surgeon or a pain management clinic?  There are treatment options available and you should discuss you options with a surgeon.....

Good luck,

Shade
