Trochlear Blister?

I just got my op report from surgery 3 weeks ago. In addition to another microfracture of a grade IV chondral defect, the report also lists a trochlear blister. I can't seem to find any info about this anywhere. Anyone out there know what this is? What causes it? What problems are related to it? Can I heal this?

Well the trochlear groove is the little groove between the 2 "bumps" (Condryles) on the end of the femur. Don't know if that helps you really other than knowing where it is.

I'm guessing it refers to damaged articular cartilage in the trochlear groove. Maybe I'm wrong. Check this out:
