yet another update
« on: May 21, 2005, 01:56:57 PM »
I sure have been updating alot lately :P

Well the doctors office called yesterday to remind us that my previous sports med. doc (the one i saw thurs.) wanted us to make another appt. with another sports med. doc to make sure he wasnt missing anything. this is scedualed for june. 6th. But they also said my previous doc. was trying to get us in for an appt. with my OS again. this had all been left on message so my mom called them back and asked why it was he wanted us going back to OS because he never even brought the thought of it up on thursday. they said all he had told them was that he wanted to be extremly sure that my OS didnt miss anything in my knee...

so i am kind of relived. its nice to know my previous doc. went out of his way to book an appt. for me to make sure nothing else has been missed. my OS is away though. so it'll prolly be a long wait to get in with him seeing as he only works thursdays and hes really popular. anyways...just thouht i'd let ya'll know 8)
haha hope everyone elses knees are super dee duper! :P

Krista,

That is awesome news.  Impressive stuff - that is a good thing that your OS is referring you to someone else for an assessment.

That is not long to wait either.  Good luck on June 6th.

Hope your new OS can discover what is wrong and give you some options.

Yes, confusing.  Sorry I must have misread the post, goodness you are going to more doctors - you would think that they could figure out something.

Maybe this new sports med doc will have a recommendation to another OS and that might make a difference.

Good luck to you - you never know  - this guy just might have some ideas.
