Abbreviations in your notes

More likely to see these in your notes than on a message board but here are a few I needed to know for confrontations with OS's!

OD- once daily
BD- Twice Daily
TDS- Three Times daily
QD- Four times Daily

Mane- Morning
Nochte- Night

CKP- Chronic Knee Pain
ADL- Activities of Daily Living

Thats all I can think of, I try to think of some more....

11/93-R ankle recon; 10/94-L ankle recon, 2/96-R shoulder stabilization+3 screws, 2/97-dislocated jaw, 11/99- LR L knee, 5/02-diagonstic scope L knee, 1/14/03- TTT+LR L knee, 9/9/03-L knee hardware removal, cartilage cleanup

LOL, here in OZ they use Nocte for night (I guess this also saves a second or 2 ;D)
2 ACL 'reco's', 3 'scopes', Pain, JRA, EDS, RSD, CMP, osetochondral defect & #, synovitis, adhesions, nerve damage, foot drop, MCL damage, tendonitis, fibrosis, ligament damage AGAIN, dislocations +++

I thought you got thrown out of med school if anyone else could read your writing.  ???
