ii was wondering if anyone can help me on so ideas to help me start walking again? i have been riding a exercise bike , but having trouble getting my leg to go straight! when i try to walk , by putting weight on it , tons of pain.!! ive put some weight on so im sure that doesnt help.. can any one help me out .. thanks

hi..have you had surgery yet and are you in pt?.....usually your pt directs your recovery...did not see any previous posts on your thread...so i'm assuming you have just been diagnosed with the torn acl.....or just had surgery?....pls let me know some more details if you have them...and i'll try to help.....
