I've recently had an ACL reconstruction with Tim Briggs. He is an excellent surgeon and extremely laid back. He is involved in all aspects of knee problems I think but he sees streams of sports injuries all the time.

I believe he operates both privately and on the NHS. He works out of Bupa Bushey, Bupa Harpendon and the Royal National Orthapedic Hospital (Stanmore) and has a clinic in Central London.

PM me if you would like his contact details (I don't really want to give them out in the public domain)

I have also heard that Tim Briggs is very good. I have not met him personally but a friend has recently been referered to him and he says he is an excellent sugeon and immediately put him at ease.
