ACL Reconstruction

Any advice on how to keep myself fit running up to the recon op without risking injury to the ligament again?

I've had a PT put together a program of exercise to give me the best possible prep for my op (August).

This involves a lot of balance building exercise rather than strengh, some lunges, heal slides, etc, 10 mins on a exercise bike.

Might be a good idea to get in touch with your OS to ask for some direction from his PT team.
