Medial collateral ligament.  Take a look at LCL, too.

medial - on the inner aspect of the knee
collateral - the name given to this ligament
ligament - connects bone to bone (as opposed to tendon, which connects bone to muscle)

i.e. the ligament on the inner aspect of the knee (the outer guy rope), connecting the tibia (shinbone) to the femur (thighbone).  These are different from the ACL and PCL, which are internal knee guy ropes.
