MRI Arthrogram
« on: January 29, 2005, 03:24:44 PM »
Hi everyone. I'm a new guy to this board and looking for some advice. Has anyone had a knee arthrogram? I've been told I need one but not sure what it is aside from it involves an injection. Can anyone tell me what I should expect and how the knee will feel afterwards? Many thanks. Gazza

Its pretty straight foward. Basically the will give you and injective of a local anesetic (sp?) then a injection of the dye and from that point on its like a regular old MRI. It's really simple and pretty much painless. So good luck, hope everything turns out okay!
