muscle realignment operations
« on: February 26, 2005, 06:13:30 AM »
35 years ago I had a miscle realignment on both knees.  I was only a child and can't remember exactly the proper name for the procedure.  I think it was Hauser's or Houser's operation.  It was done to correct genetic misalignment of my knee muscles and constant dislocation of the patellas.  Now one knee is giving me trouble but I would like to find out more about the operations I had as a child.  Does this ring a bell with anyone?

dear anastasia,  thank you for your reply.  I think what I have is artritis and water retention.  As I work on my feet all day and have been very busy lately,  this has been troubling.  Nice to meet someone who has jad a similar operation.  :-*
