cant move knee

i landed a jump at a terrain  park on a snowboard 3 days ago. i can move my knee now , but cant put any weight on it unless its straight. even then not for a long time. not much swelling to speak of. doesnt hurt when i touch it. real tight when i move it . any ideas ? please help.

This is not normal, right? You need to see a doctor, preferably an orthopedic specialist. He/she may schedule you for an MRI or do other tests and x-rays to make a clinical diagnosis of what damage, if any, you have done to your knee.
