Hamstring Abductor Injury
« on: January 31, 2005, 08:59:48 AM »

I've undergone Cartilage Implant surgery (MACI) in both knees and since having the second leg done I have developed a Hamstring abductor injury. I only walk, bike, swim and do various leg exercises, no running or impact exercises.

I have had the injury about 5-6 weeks and it's not getting better. Has anyone one got any suggestions for the treatment of this to help speed up my rehab.

Having undergone MACI twice this isn't a big issue for me, but it's starting to restrict my knee rehab and I want to try and get it sorted asap.

Can anyone offer ideas?

kind regards,
