please help
« on: January 20, 2005, 09:23:06 PM »
My daughter had surgery in 2002 to alleviate the problems she had with her knees- her MD has moved and she has been to 5 ortho MDs they all tell her they can see nothing wrong in her Xrays and MRI
one ortho said "just carry on"  DUH
She has had a lateral retinacular release surgery on both of her knees- she continues to have severe pain and is unable to work--- I cannot find this MD that has moved and we are at our wits end!!
She is using pain meds from her primary MD
is there something else we can do???

Try going to the American Academy of Orthopedic surgeons site (if you are in the US, of course) and try to look up the previous OS that way.  I believe that it is  You could also try to find a knee specialist.
