'aggressive rehab'

What exactly is this. Ive just had a minisectomy done, could anyone tell me what I should not do. The NHS are uselss.

Hey !!

I assume you haven't met any phys who can help you and show you good excercises to do. Under the gym section here you can find good excercises. After a meniscectomy you can usually manage pretty good and walk without crutches, if the doc hasn't prescribed things for you what you are allowed to do or not.
Some important things is to rest,elevate and ice several times per day to prevent swelling.

Surgery 6 times left knee torn meniscus, RSDS,chondromalacia, nervdamage cause constant nervpain,chronic inflamm.
Spinaldamage wheeler 100%.
Right knee damaged aug-06, use brace surgery 4/9-07.LCL tear.
