Hello Everyone!~
After just reading some previous posts of fellow kneegeeks, i began to wonder something. i was wondering how you would be able to tell if you are hypermoblie. i am pretty sure that i am hypermoblie (no acutal diagnosis). my knees stay constantly subluxed and my patellas just seem like they are all over the place. :-/ so i guess what i am wondering is how can you tell if you are just hypermobile or if your knees are this way because of something else and need to be repaired?
Hope i made at least a little sense here.
Take care,
~Mandy
