Hi all.  Howzit?
Thought I'd just say hello to see how this works. I'm a forty three year old ex-rugby and squash player, hoping to be able to cycle a bit and play tennis with my kids.
Had MACI (three implants) on 20th July and had to have my knee manipulated under anaesthetic on the 5th October as it wouldn't go past the 76 mark.  I am at 117 now only ten days later (excellent....) and the swelling is going.
I still have pain and the joint seems to make the odd 'cracking' noise.
Can anyone tell me at what point they started to feel the benefit, began to resume light sporting activities and does it ever feel like it did before the injury?
kind regards, SteveO
