Cracking noise on knee cap

About a month ago I slipped and twisted my knee I heard cracking noise it hurted alot when I bend my knee I gave it a few weeks it healed but not fully. 4 days ago I was jogging and then I felt a pull and then I sat down and bend my knee up and down I hear cracking noise I can extend my knee all the way but its swollen I dont know if my knee is in the right place or something I still hear crackings noise when i bend it up and down what should I do...

Hey Tubby !!

Are you still in pain, when you move or when you are still ? If so maybe you should consider go see an orthopeadic surgeon and find out what's wrong.
Feel free ask if there's something you wonder.

Noises could be caused by so many things.  It can be simple inflammation, a torn ligament or cartilage.  I would definitely get it checked out before you do any more damage that may end up as a permanent thing.  Unless the pain is real mild then try staying away from the running for a week or two and see if it fixes itself.   Good luck!
