Title: Extensor Mechanism Reconstruction Follwing Knee Replacement

I'm awaiting surgery for the above on the 8th June having undergone two previous knee replacements, the first one failed which was revised some two year ago. Now I also had a patellectomy some 27 years ago.

As anyone had an Extensor Mechanism Reconstruction performed before under similar circumstances ( though there's not many of us with no patella ) and if so what was your outcomes like

I had my quads rebuilt, mpfl reconstruction and tto. Two years on in near constant pain. Hope your surgery went well:)

I had surgery 16 years after patella removed
