Title: Turmeric (Curcumin) for inflammation?
Post by: walkingdaily on April 28, 2016, 12:48:10 PM
Some people with various inflammatory conditions, such as Sjogren's syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis claim that turmeric helps them relieve joint pain.

Some random studies seems to support this:

Did anyone try it for knee or other joint pain and it helped? What was your official diagnosis and what exact type of supplements (turmeric, curcumin, or curcumin with piperine) did you take?
