Title: knees burning

hello i have had swelling in my knee caps for over eight years now and i have had a mri scan and blood test and the doctors do not know what it is now i cannot bend my legs with out them hurting and i have really bad burning in the knee caps can anyone tell me why please i used to go physio and when i done exercise they used to swell morw

What did the MRI showed? Do you have missing cartilage? Is it something with tendons? Do you have an history of surgeries?

It is very hard to for any of us here to tell, based on such a vague description... we are mostly patients here, but even if someone had similar symptoms it could be for different reasons.

Sometimes it's good to get a second opinion, sometimes doctors are to quick to dismiss you without a proper check, some are not very communicative... perhaps a second opinion would help finding something?
