Title: knee spurs in a old runners knee
Post by: runner3344 on August 16, 2012, 07:21:49 PM
been a runner since 1981. had 1 ACL repair in 1986 that was very succesful. now i have 2 spurs , on each side that need to come off. my questions are ...... what time frame as far as being down am I looking at ? Is this type of scope/surgery succesfull to get back to running ? My quads /legs are very strong( weights/biking) any thing else I can do to help my situation and get back to running after surgery ? Anyone out there who has BT/DT please respond.
A very depressed runner right now.  :(
