Title: Has anyone in this world had patella microfracture??? (behind the kneecap)

I would love you here from anyone who has undergone this surgery and what it was like for them. im 12 weeks out from my surgery from a grade 4 lesion behind my kcap.

maybe some fears you had that you overcame, some pains you had, some struggle you had and some advice you have. I would love to speak with someone who has gone through this as it is a seriously slow and painful process. Being able to talk with someone who is going through or has gone through what im dealing with could do so much for me.

I have had microfracture but not on patella.
