Title: Inversion Table
Post by: Saverio on August 14, 2010, 02:59:54 PM
I have used an inversion table for the past year.  I use it every morning and after I play singles tennis about 3-4 times a week.  After tennis it seems to release pressure on both knees.  I then ice both knees for 20 mins.  Works for me.  I am bone on bone on both knees.  I have also had stem cell injections in both knee (see my posts under "injections into the joint".  My knees having felt this good in 15 years.  Anybody out there found benefits from inversion table?

I know the original post is nearly 2 years old but I recently purchased an inversion table myself. 2 years ago I have microfracture performed on both knees 1 month apart from each other. I've just started playing basketball again and I too use mine every morning, evening and after playing, followed up with icing for 20 minutes each knee. It's only been about 3 weeks for me using it but I will say I notice some different sensations after using it and walking around, not good or bad, just different. I guess time will tell.
