Title: Physio question...
Post by: mouk786 on June 14, 2010, 10:04:09 PM
I need to do an exercise called the prone hang but I am usnure how to do it

Most places on the internet suggest you put your knees out over the edge. My current physio has said to keep the knee on the bed as if I put the knee off the bed my hips will kick in and start taking some of the pressure (and I can see what he means)

Some examples

Can a physio help?

I normally do it with a bit of weight so if I do hang my knee off my foot starts going down towards the floor big time (i.e it doesn't stay THAT straight)
