I am waiting for an appointment with a new o.s for a acl recon have been doing prehab to stregnthen the muscles round my knee but somthing went kinda wrong tonight I was doing some steps with an ankle weight on when I felt a very sharp pain and  a sort of pop on the back of my leg going from the back of my knee down into my calf  its very painful to walk on and its throbing at the moment, I'm thinking its probebly a pulled muscle well i'm praying thats what it is. Anybody got any ideas what this  could  be, could it be somthing else.
It has taken mr nearly 2 years to get my acl rupture diagnosed and I dont want to have to go through that again.
Any ideas would be appreciated specialy if its just to reasure me that its a pulled muscle
